Darcy's dog Diego was to be the centre of the logo from the get-go — he's the mascot of the company and one main recipient of Darcy's affection.

The business cards are an extension of the brand: clear, compassionate and straight to the point.

Concepts

The main requirement was for the logo to have an illustration of Darcy's dog Diego. At first I took a more simplistic approach, but then moved towards a realistic representation of Diego.

Colour & Typography

We tried blue and green options for the Coombs' locality, but landed on orange and amber — colours that complement Diego's caring, compassionate eyes.
